Recently, we have been receiving requests for 100% solid panel doors via see attached drawings. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our product offering to our dealer network, and provide options for you to make ordering easier to satisfy consumer requests. With this in mind, Prowler Proof has altered its manufacturing and IT systems and processes to incorporate these new Solid Panel doors.
This new Style is available in Hinge and Sliding doors, and is perfect for use in Personal access doors into the back of garages or freestanding sheds/garages.
This new Style is made using our retainer frame, and the solid aluminium infill is attached using the same mechanical and chemical bond as ForceField and Protec. We also use our existing retainer, to cover up this area to give a clean looking finish. It is important to note that this product has NOT been tested to the Australian Standards for security (AS 5039) and is not considered a security product, so is not to be used or sold this way.
It's available in 2500mm (d) x 1200mm (w), and you can choose to add a Petway Pet Door if desired. Please note the frame and infill are the same powder coat colour, and you can choose from our 100 standard and 200 optional colours.
You can choose to match these doors as French doors pairs, or adjust aux locks as required.
These new Prowler Proof Solid Panel doors will be available to order through COSI from 1 April 2023. Please make sure you update to the most recent version of COSI on this date to see these changes reflected.
