Prowler Proof’s internal season Survivor program kicked off at the start of October. This is an incentive based program giving the guys the opportunity to hit KPI’s and earn more money before the holiday period.
There are multiple rewards up for grabs; team member performance, supervisor performance, and The Ultimate Survivor. The performance rewards are based around improving internal and external remake rates and also average items per hour. The Ultimate Survivor is a team voted award for the person who has demonstrated the Prowler Proof values the best throughout the season.
There are also food vans and goodies that the team get to enjoy getting through this busy period. The Survivor Season program and incentives combined to ensure we maintain our lead time and quality to you during our peak production period.
