The Prowler Proof network of dealers has always helped domestic violence survivors, creating a safer place by installing security screens, but this year we thought we could all join together and do something a little different, by supporting the Share the Dignity #itsinthebag campaign.
In 2020 the ladies who joined the Prowler Proof team at the International Women's Day luncheon got to hear first hand how important this campaign is for women and girls in need, and so this year we thought we could join together and see what we can really do as a network...
For anyone who would like to participate, grab an old handbag that you no longer use, (or a new one), and fill it with the below essential items:
Shampoo and conditioner bottles
Toothbrush and toothpaste tube
Soap
Roll on deodorant
For SEQ dealers that would like to participate please let either Michael Cuffe or Marty Campbell know you have a donation ready by 5 November, and they will collect from you, and we will then donate all the bags together on 29 November.
For dealers outside of SEQ please let us know if you would like to participate and send us the essential items via post, or you can donate your bag/bags at any Bunnings store nationwide (government restrictions depending) during the 20th - 29th November. Let us know though, so we can add your bag to our tally.
