This Tip will help you change the style of your products in bulk. This will be helpful if your customer has asked to change their order from one style to another (i.e. Protec to Forcefield, Guardian to Welded Diamond)
Step 1.
Open COSI and go into your quote with the customers originally requested style, checking all measurements are still correct.
Step 2.
Select “Change” in the top bar of COSI and click on “Change style selections.”
Step 3.
Choose the style you wish to change “From” and “to”.
Step 4.
Review changes and confirm your order before sending to factory.
* Note: You can also use this process to change the colour, gauze or product of your order in bulk by using the other available selections.
