Prowler Proof's Diamond ranges, Welded and SnapLock, use a grille unqiue to Prowler Proof. This grille has been designed to withstand the Australian Standards 5041 Shear test. This is one of the reasons that both of our Diamond ranges meet AS5039, where other grille products on the market do not.
Unfortunately the supplier of this grille has advised that we can no longer access the longest sheet size, and because with grille we can only mesh join vertically, not horizontally, we have had to review our maximum capabilities for both Diamond ranges.
Effective immediately, our Diamond products can only be manufactured up to 2500 (h) x 1800 (w), or 1800(h) x 2500mm (w). Products greater than 1300mm in width will have a mesh join in the centre of the grille, where the two sheets are welded together.

We have reviewed our sales for the previous 12 months, and have had very few orders with screens in the size range that is no longer available, so this change should have very little impact, but if you do have a screen that needs to go larger than what we now offer in Diamond, we would recommend upgrading your customer to Protec or ForceField, both of these products can go beyond this size, and both meet the same Australian Standards requirements.
