At Prowler Proof, the fabricating area of the factory is subject to noise reduction protocols, due to operating noise levels exceeding regulations outlined in the “Managing noise and preventing hearing loss at work code of practice 2021”.
In line with our ethos of Creating a safer place®, and our aim to lead with workplace safety and operational goals, we have implemented the Bluetooth hearing protection over the standard hearing protection for our team.
Typically, there is a noted increase in production, focus, and ongoing mental health benefits, when listening to music whilst working and as a business, we recognised that importance.
That's why we felt it important to adopt this practice in the workplace whilst continuing to fulfil our hearing protection objectives.
