A job that is in factory can be put on hold by a dealer outside of business hours.

Clicking on the “Support” button will put a job on hold and prevent it from being cut.  Your job will retain its position in queue once it is taken off hold by Customer Service.  You can also send a message to the customer team.

Step 1: Click on the Support button

Step 2:
Check the two boxes, type a message, and click on the “Request phone call button”

Customer Service will be in contact with you the next business day.
