Walking into this beautiful old Queenslander in Annerley, the living area is flooded with light that travels throughout the entire house. The lounge room and kitchen back onto a large deck that overlooks a beautiful, leafy green garden. You could almost forget that you were metres away from the main road.
Self-proclaimed ‘indoor people’ they wanted to open up the home to create more space and airflow, without the hassle of insects. Their two cats were another consideration, this space allows them to roam freely, have fresh air throughout the day and have their own area to play on the deck.
Through thorough investigation, the couple decided that Prowler Proof ForceField was the best product to suit their needs. It allows the house doors to be open, while still providing security from intrusion and protection from insects. It also looks the best with its seamless corners and wide viewing angle. The Dulux Sunburst Pearl powder coat perfectly compliments the timber façade.
This was a unique project for Andrew from AJAY Security as well as Prowler Proof as it was a complete deck enclosure, which meant large 2.1m high stacking doors without mullions and multiple windows installed in a way that wouldn’t interrupt the view of the garden.
