Did you know, you don't need to ring Customer Service, you can use our COSI Support button to put your job on hold, and then send us a message to contact you.
Clicking on the “Support” button will put a job on hold and prevent it from being cut. Your job will retain its position in queue once it is taken off hold by Customer Service. You can also send a message to the customer team.
Step 1: Click on the Support button
Step 2: Check the two boxes, type a message, and click on the “Request phone call button”
